Falkland Islands Court Lists for April 8, 2026

Notably, on April 8, 2026, at 9:15 AM, the Summary Court will hear the case of The Crown vs. Sean Mark Benjamin, involving two counts of sexual touching of a child. Liquor Licensing Notices
The Court has issued a reminder regarding liquor licensing:
Licenses are NOT in force unless the fee is paid, and the licence is collected! The licence MUST be displayed on the premises during the period for which the application has been made! Failure to do so could lead to action being taken, including the revocation of the premises licence or the early termination of the event for which the licence has been applied.
