Constitutional Court to Announce Decisions on 30 Cases

The Indonesian Constitutional Court (MK) is set to deliver verdicts on 30 judicial review cases today, June 17, 2026. The session will commence at 2:00 PM WIB in the Plenary Courtroom of the MK Building 1.

Among the cases to be decided are challenges to various laws, including the Criminal Code (KUHP), Criminal Procedure Code (KUHAP), Marriage Law, Election Law, Political Party Law, Job Creation Law concerning internet quotas, and the Police Law regarding the status of the National Police under the President.
