Uzbekistan Senate Simplifies Processing of Undisputed Claims

On September 12, 2026, the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of Uzbekistan approved a law simplifying the notarial processing and enforcement of undisputed claims. The amendments to the Civil Procedure Code and Economic Procedure Code aim to shorten deadlines for issuing court orders on undisputed claims, expand the use of information and communication technologies in notarial activities, and optimize fees for notarial actions. This reform is expected to enhance the efficiency of judicial and enforcement proceedings, reducing administrative burdens and expediting the resolution of undisputed claims.
